10 Million Users Monorepo is the setup I kept wishing for at the start of every project — auth wired, types running end to end, and the conventions written down where an agent will actually read them.

The name is the point. These are not practices I like the sound of; they are the ones still standing after ten million people a month went through them. Anything that didn’t survive that isn’t in here.
